¡Salud! was created by a group of Oregon winery owners and Hillsboro Medical Center (formerly Tuality Healthcare) physicians to address the barriers to health care faced by vineyard stewards and their families.

Farm worker with grapes¡Salud! is a program of the Hillsboro Medical Center Foundation that provides preventive health care and support navigating health care systems to seasonal and full-time vineyard workers in the Willamette Valley. This program, featuring bilingual, bicultural nurses and medical staff, is fully funded from the proceeds of the annual ¡Salud! The Oregon Pinot Noir Auction and other private donations.
